Maintenance

(1) Check whether there is any strange noise during the operation of the machine.

(2) Check whether there is any strain on the surface of the piston rod of the main cylinder of the working cylinder.

(3) Check whether the upper and lower dies are firmly installed.

(4) Check whether the electrical operation switch, limit and indicator are normal.

(5) Check the oil cylinder and replace the seal if there is oil leakage.

(6) Find serious wear and tear wearing parts should be promptly notified to the maintenance personnel to replace in a timely manner.

(7) Thoroughly clean the equipment surface oil once a week.

(8) Regularly clean and replace the linoleum on the sliding beam, taking care not to touch the surface of the column.
